		<description>The time is right for your astute message on the lack of or too little effort devoted to execution. In reading your comments, it seems so elementary and indisputable. Yet, for some reason, it doesn&#039;t appear to resonate to those who need to hear it most. I fear only continued failure on individual and organizational levels will force many to face the certainty of negative consequences for lack of execution. I appreciate your term &quot;knowing-doing gap&quot;. It speaks volumes as to what ails our country today. Your percentages were staggering, yet understandable. I sent copies of your column to several of my colleagues here on campus. I find your work exhilarating and insightful. Please continue to enlighten us.
