- Keys to Leadership Success
The traditional role of today's supervisor, manager, and/or leader has
rapidly changed and expanded. Old traditional thought patterns must
be replaced with a whole new way of thinking and responding. Leaders

and yet is probably the most underutilized tool available in today's
work environment. This module provides a simple, proven approach to
reward consistent behavior, support employee initiative and innovation,
and reinforce desired results. Well over 100 examples of non-financial

For the purpose of this module, "motivation" is defined as
"the process of getting other people to do what you want them to
do." Without motivation in today's workplace, there can be no change,
no learning, no action, and, more importantly, no results. This module
provides principles, theories, strategies, and guidelines that will
enhance the participants' abilities to motivate both individuals and
groups of employees.
