Establishing Performance Expectations
Regardless of the situation, people are much more productive when they are aware of exactly what is expected of them and how these results should be achieved. If performance expectations are not clearly established, serious problems can and will result for everyone involved. This module provides a focused approach to changing job standards, delegating assignments, and clarifying performance expectations if and when needed.

Coaching to Increase Productivity
When problems and challenges arise on the job, effective coaches respond by working with their people to build added skills and increase motivation. They concentrate on strengthening their employees' weaknesses and building on their strengths for greater productivity. Coaching is an ongoing effort to assist your people as they strive to reach their full potential. This program provides the guidelines necessary to effectively achieve this ongoing challenge.

bullet

Enhancing Employee Performance
In today's competitive workplace, leaders find it necessary to expect, encourage, and achieve continuous improvement from each and every employee. To successfully accomplish this formidable task, a mutual responsibility must be established between the leader and the employee. This module provides methods for establishing a performance improvement plan, communicating and monitoring the plan, and gaining employee commitment.

bullet

Celebration of Delegation
All leaders face a paradox: Their career advancement depends on producing results that are beyond their capabilities. Many find this demand to be impossible while others have learned the simple age-old secret that has enabled them to succeed far beyond their initial expectations. The ability to delegate separates leadership winners from leadership losers. This module provides an assessment, a 3-step rule of thumb, guidelines, and benefits for successfully delegating in today's workplace.

Cross Training
Classroom instruction is indeed very important in teaching a new job. However, nothing replaces the one-on-one follow-up that should occur after the classroom experience. This module illustrates the proper procedure for downsizing the learning curve. It provides information, monitors progress, and clarifies performance expectations as he/she learns a new job.

bullet

The Innovative Edge
The greatest untapped resource of any organization lies in the minds of its members at every level! The challenge, of course, is how to channel this tremendous potential into innovative ideas that will enhance both the employee and the organization. This module demonstrates several methods for drawing out ideas from people who work closest to the product and/or service to generate productive creative energy which will undoubtedly result in increased productivity and profitability with minimal risk. Participants will find this module to be as enjoyable as it is informative.
